Uptown Vista Tour – Urban Ride (Electrical Bike)

Half Day

The Uptown Vista Tour is our longest tour with the most time spent on the bike seat. This tour covers a lot of ground and is recommended for the true bike enthusiast. The tour will begin at the headquarters office and head east on the Andres Bello bike path. The route will cut through typical Chilean neighborhoods of Providencia, Las Condes and Vitacura as well as “Sanhattan”, the business district of Santiago. Our itinerary will be as follows.

Ricardo Lyon:

One of the main avenues of Santiago named after a former mayor of Providencia. It provides one of the city's best tree lined bicycle lanes. (Ride through)

Pocuro:

Known as one of the city's most popular and safe places to run and bike. (Ride through)

Tobalaba:

The conduit to uptown Santiago, although it offers ample green space, parks, bars and restaurants. (Ride through)

Callao:

This beautiful leafy green street is beautiful no matter what time of year. (Ride through)

Gertrudis Echenique:

Will lead us to the Parroquia Nuestra Senora de Los Angeles Church. (Brief stop)

Isidora Goyenechea:

A favorite uptown destination and a clear view to the Costanera Center, tallest tower in South America. This stop includes a tasty treat of artisanal ice cream at El Toldo Azul)

Parque Bicentenario:

After completing the “Sanhattan” part of the ride, the tour will lead us past the US Embassy up to Bicentennial Park. It is particularly popular on weekends after office hours for its expanse of green space suited for sports, picnics and family fun. (Programmed stop)

Cerro San Cristobal:

Just as we do with the Historical Tour, the tour takes us through the beautiful Parque Metropolitano (Cerro San Cristobal) as we work our way back (Ride through)

Programmed stops are typically 15-20 minutes long. Participants must remain with their bikes at all times except at programmed stops.
